Reporting to the Director, the Business Systems Analyst will work primarily with internal G&A (Finance, HR, Legal, Development, Facilities, etc.) customers in support of s Business Transformation Initiative. He/she will gather requirements, evaluate products, recommend solutions, implement and integrate systems and resolve problems while working in collaboration with customers and fellow IS associates. This position utilizes extensive knowledge, skills and experience to provide the highest level of technical support and system uptime to the user community as well as mentorship to the Business Systems team.
BS/BA degree
Desired minimum of 15 years related experience. Position requires process driven analysis skills and in-depth knowledge of business and system processes. Advanced problem solving abilities are essential. Must be flexible and willing to undertake a wide variety of challenging tasks and independently set priorities. Successful applicant will communicate professionally (both oral and written), with clarity and brevity, requiring minimal supervision. Technical skills required include advanced knowledge of Enterprise level Financial, Procurement, Human Resource and Payroll system support including report writing. Extensive experience with report writing tools, data warehouse concepts and cloud technology required.
